It's this ongoing web-blog someone is writing and it's fucking awesome! the first page reads:
Diary of a Runner is not about a hero. It is not a romance story where everyone lives happily ever after. It is an ongoing tale of survival horror. It is more than just blood and guts and zombies. It seeks to challenge your own moral compass and ask difficult questions while using the apocalyptic scenario as a backdrop. The material and language are often raw and graphic. Be advised.

The site is updated weekly and new entries are added regularly. I would encourage you to friend us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter because we do regular contests and events that reward loyal readers by allowing them to put their own stamp on the story, whether it be by naming a character of their own or getting a look behind the scenes. It is my sincerest hope that you not only enjoy our tale, but get involved with us through social media and really bring these characters to life! I've been following it since it started, and I can't stop going back everyday. And it's cool because you actually get to partake in the story when you get involved.
