I love when people assume I’m just another guy with a horror fetish and a penchant for zombies. In reality I’m a mom and photographer from New York City who realizes that she’s living in one of the worst possible places for a zombie outbreak. A city of eight million people means that if all hell were to break loose, well, I better have a damn good plan.
My blog, zombiescantlove.blogspot.com, started as an outlet for all the zombie stories I imagined from photographs I took. Pink smoke rising out of a smoke stack in New Jersey, a boarded up house in Asbury Park or a packed NYC subway car were all great jumping off points for someone to have their cheek torn into by a small child or for an elderly woman to sink her teeth into the fleshy part of a man’s leg.
The blog has now evolved into one ongoing story, as per my readers requests and anything else zombie related that I want to share with the rest of us who think we will survive. Now I am joining forces with Zombie Zone News. This website has been a great source of information, enjoyment and entertainment for me and many of my readers as well.
The zombie outbreak has more than just begun. It is becoming an all out plague across all forms of media, Television, Movies, Video Games, Music and Fashion have all become members of the undead. it’s only a matter of time before it bangs down your door and infects you too. I have seen it coming for a long time now and I think I am prepared. But who can really know how prepared they are until they are tested.
