This Italian Zombie movie, also known as Zombie, begins with an abandoned boat sailing into New York. The boat owners daughter and a New York reporter both try to solve the mystery and journey to a isolated Caribbean island to find her father. Unknown to them, the island is the home of a mad scientist, who plays with life and dark magic to create Zombies.
This b-movie has gratuitous nudity, a Zombie vs. shark battle, and a good 70s soundtrack. It’s Gilligan’s Island with Zombies. And fire. So bad it’s ok.

I was so upset when I bought the deluxe edition of this movie. There were so many rave reviews about this movie I knew I JUST had to watch it..
I have to say, what an awful, slow paced, piece of shit, confusing movie I have ever watched and no, the fucking Shark VS Zombie scene does not make up for it.
There’s only one part I enjoyed and it was when a female character had her eye pierced by a piece of wood, close up. That was awesome.
It’s not a good movie and it’s not worth it.
Amazing shark vs. zombie fight scene!! If you aren't into really bad horror flicks, at the very least WATCH this fight scene! Its Epic.
