This version of the book was originally created only for sale at a recent Horror Convention Tony attended and sold out very quickly, however… he held one autographed copy back for his friends at ZZN to give out! (Trust us, you NEED this book!)

RULES:

2. Two winner will be chosen on or before June 1, 2011 and notified via email. In the event of failure to contact the winner, an alternative winner may be chosen.
3. You must be 18 years old or older to enter.
4. Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of qualified entrants.
5. Qualified entrants are entrants that are registered with this site and have completed the above requirements.
6. The Exclusive book will be shipped to the winners within one (1) week of June 1, 2011.
